-2 14 oz cans coconut milk

Place a large, deep pan in the freezer for 30 minutes. In a blender or food processor, blend all of the ingredients until smooth and creamy. Transfer the mixture to the pan and freeze it for at least 4 hours. Feel free to add toppings like peanuts and chocolate chips.
