-¾ cup oat flour
-1 tsp baking soda
-1/4 tsp salt
-3 ripe bananas
-½ cup coconut oil
-2 large eggs
-¼ cup unsweetened applesauce
-2 tsp vanilla extract
-½ cup walnuts (optional)
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a 9 × 5” loaf pan and set it aside. Whisk the protein powder, oat flour, baking soda, and salt together in a large bowl. Peel the bananas and place them into another large mixing bowl. Mash them well with a fork.
