The Best Protein Powder Cheesecake Recipe



-1 cup Graham cracker crumbs (about 8 Graham crackers)

-1/4 cup drink wholesome vanilla protein powder

-4 tablespoons unsalted butter

-2 tbsp granulated sugar


-8 oz cream cheese

-2/3 cup sour cream

-2/3 cup heavy cream

-1/2 cup drink wholesome vanilla protein powder

-2 tbsp granulated sugar

-4 eggs


Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. In a large food processor pulse the Graham crackers, protein powder, butter until a coarse dough forms. Press the dough into the bottom of a greased 8-inch springform pan to form a crust, and bake it for 8 minutes. Then reduce the oven temperature to 275 degrees Fahrenheit. While the crust is baking, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, heavy cream, protein powder, and sugar in the food processor. On medium speed, add the eggs one at a time, beating after each addition until just blended. After the final egg is incorporated into the batter, stop mixing. Using a spatula, pour the mixture over the crust. Bake the cake for 90 minutes, or until the center no longer jiggles when the pan is lightly shaken. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
